Twitter Taste Live- BEYOND THE TRADE
Taking UK wine trade tastings where they have never gone before.
This tasting is in conjunction with Bibendum Wine Ltd‘s 2009 Annual Tasting, one of the most anticipated events of the year for the UK wine trade. However, that tasting is ONLY open to wine trade professionals and buyers.
[For those of you who don’t know, Bibendum is one of the biggest players in the UK when it comes to selling and distributing wine to any and all places you might find yourself wanting a glass – restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, supermarkets, and even duty free; so they attract a lot of buyers from across the UK to their events]
This year, through the magic of Social Media and Twitter Taste Live, we will take a small selection of these wines out to “The People”, those who ultimately consume these wines, to get your opinions.
The wines we are tasting are:

Some of the questions we will be asking the panel of tasters at home and at the main event will be whether they are good value for money, what they suggest might match well with them, and whether it has whetted their appetite for more wine exploration.
